C-Hotels Club Florence

We loved the convenient location of C-Hotel Club, just a short walk from the train station and historical center. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, providing us with maps and suggestions for tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping and plenty of hot water. The hotel also provided coffee, tea, and water. The staff, especially Elena, was very kind and accommodating. We are planning to return in May, as recommended by Elena.

We felt so comfortable and at home at C-Hotel Club that there was no reason to complain.

We loved how this hotel was very clean and modern, with great facilities and a yummy breakfast. The location was perfect as it was close to the train station and we were able to reach the main attractions in the city center within walking distance. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, giving us a free city map on check-in and allowing us to store our luggage before check-in time.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I could easily walk to all the historical sites and attractions. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The receptionist greeted me warmly upon check-in and was very helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was cozy and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel also had a beautiful balcony with a stunning view of the city. I had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

It's COSY place to stay 1 km away from a Renaissance palace. A bus stop is very close to the hotel.

The bathrooms are too small.

Reasonably priced place for a visit to Florence, it has best possible location next to the train station and very good services. I just need to say thank you, would love to come back here some time.

During our recent stay at C-Hotels, we were pleasantly surprised by the modern and comfortable room. The bed was spacious and cozy, and the amenities provided were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the complimentary water, cake, and coffee. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with easy access to the train station and popular attractions within walking distance. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

The staff was especially helpful, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Got buffet breakfast with pastries and pancakes, as for instance. Central location of this great city centre hotel was a bonus. Service was good, nothing to complain about.

We liked our stay; the staff and rooms were great! You could walk to shopping malls and a supermarket. Modern interior, good restaurant. It was a nice place for our real good stay.

The hotel is located just a short 15-20 minutes walk from the main attractions in the city. It is also conveniently right by the railway station, making it easy to reach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and comfy beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread is decent, with a variety of options including cereals and yogurts.

The only downside is that some of the rooms lack natural light and ventilation, resulting in dim lighting and a stuffy atmosphere.

I recently stayed at C-Hotels in Florence for a few days and had a great experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The F&B waitresses at breakfast were very friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient, especially being next to the train station. The hotel also provided a shuttle bus to The Mall which was a nice bonus. it was a fantastic value for the money.

The shower cabin in our room wasn't properly closed, causing water to flood the bathroom floor after every shower.

Great visit to Florence. Easy to Find. Super stay! Really friendly staff and comfy rooms. Good breakfast and multilingual staff. Close to centrum of the city and with a window to the street. No noise came through the window so we had great sleep. the location of the hotel is right next to the central station and in walkable distance to the city center. the housekeepers were extremely nice and helpful!

The only downside was the parking. We used an external parking company in collaboration with the hotel, and it was really expensive.

The noise from the corridors, which could sometimes be a bit disturbing. the bathroom shower had a design flaw which caused it to overflow into the bathroom.
